Same as what everyone is saying. My only contribution is that it’s pot luck. I believe they are already eyeing qualified cabin crew either past BA or from another airline. Then anyone after that is just pot luck. You will see what I mean on the day. It’s basically like cattle stock and they try to be compassionate but you can tell they are just trying to sift through the masses. Prepare but don’t hold your hopes up too high.

A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.

Firstly we did get right to work checked and arm reach check. Then we were separated into few groups and did group interview. Then the selected candidates were called for role play, reading PA script and one to two interview.
