I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at British Airways (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
After applying online via the BA website, and then various online assessments, the interview, selection and referencing processes were carried out by an agent company rather than BA themselves. I was called to a hotel for an assessment, where they put us in groups and asked us to discuss some situations. We also took some written tests and carried out a role play exercise. A SAR later on revealed that I was marked down on some aspects that I feel that they should have been lenient on - things you're only expected to know if you have worked for an airline before, however I was still offered the role.

I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England)
Interview
Pretty easy and straight forward , simple five questions regarding customer service, last more than fifteen minutes minutes , most of them are scenario questions refelecting on your pervious experience.
The process was smooth and fast. The HR were very supportive. They answered each and every doubt and made sure that the interview is aligned according to my convenience. The salary and timings and every other benefit is up to the mark.
