The process started with an HR screening call.

Background and previous DevOps experience
Cloud platforms used (AWS, Azure, GCP)
CI/CD tools experience
Current compensation and notice period
Work authorization
The HR round was straightforward and focused on cultural alignment and communication clarity.
The hr department is very nice, and the interviews were interactive. It was a fast process, i didn't have to wait much time for a response and very soon i got the offer.
