I had 2 interviews. One with the hiring manager and the other with another lead. The hiring manager knows what he wants. After both the interviews, it took 3 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me after following up continously. The recruiter mentioned I was the first candidate to interview and they were interviewing other candidates in the meantime. The feedback was I did interviews very well. I am free to apply for any positions in the future. But they didn't let me know right away , just kept me waiting for 3 weeks.

First an L1 Technical interview was scheduled. This went fine. After that an L2 technical. Here there were two guys in the panel and they asked me about my current and expected salary details along with the offers I am currently holding which is shocking because this was purely supposed to be technical round. Totally unprofessional.
