The interview process was AMAZING for me! A recruiter from the company reached out to me via LinkedIn and explained the details of the job and set up a phone call that day. From that point on, the interview process went just as well. Virtual interviews were set up each week and I got to know more about Brooksource and the culture. My in-person meeting was very organized and I felt very welcomed by everyone in the office. After accepting my offer, multiple people within the company reached out to congratulate me and welcome me to the team.

The interview process was very smart and concise. First interview is 10-15 minutes and well laid out. Next I went in person to the office and did a more thorough interview with one of their Recruiters and one of their Sales reps. Bout an hour, more personal questions during this trying to access fit.
