Interview
There was a pre-night information session to find out more about the company and what they are looking for in the interview. The interview was brief. It was just a chance to sell yourself by explaining who you are, your history, why you chose your college/major, your interests on your free time, other jobs types your applying for, your past work experiences and how that could help you at brooksource, what you think you can bring to the company. No behavioral interview questions really. Sell yourself, it's a sales job.

short. not interesting. Was late in coming to the interview. Was ok nice but
seemed impatient and distracted. I have been on a lot of interview and really appreciate great interviewers. This was not one of them. I do not know if this is typical.

Interview was very casual in style, felt like a normal conversation. Maybe 15-20 minutes long, expect to be asked the usual questions i.e. tell us about yourself, your experience, about the company.

Interview
Video call interview followed with a visit to the office. Everyone was super friendly and it was a great way to get introduced to the office. I really appreciated how they explained everything to me including the salary breakdown.
