First round interview with the CEO. Didn’t ask a lot of questions but more of an industry and job expectations sharing. Second round with a group of panelist including the C-suite people. They are all nice people.
They encouraged me to ask them questions via email afterwards so I did a lot of research and tried my best to understand the business. Sent them two emails with detailed questions and was looking forward to continuing the conversations and delving deeper to where I could contribute. Sent all interviewers thank-you emails.
Didn’t get any replies. At all. Didn’t get an offer afterwards. Had no clues on what were the reasons. Thinking because they want someone more experienced? Maybe because of the cultural fit? (As the company is majorly white people dominated) I would appreciate more mutual interactions and feedback from them so nobody is left in a mist.
