Standard online application submitted. I was contacted for a Teams interview and quickly scheduled. HR rep had last-minute tech issues and ended up with a phone interview instead. The call went well, and my background aligns well with the role, and the conversation was positive. I was promised a follow-up within the prescribed timeframe, but it didn't happen. Followed up with the rep via direct email shortly after that date and was given a different timeframe -- AND THEN COMPLETELY GHOSTED. Unprofessional & disrespectful.
