It begins with your brief introduction of your self and your motivation for the role. Further it continues with screening for basic skills and knowledge of testing principles. Follow-up interviews assess problem-solving abilities through practical scenarios and behavioural questions to gauge teamwork and communication skills. Final rounds often include technical assessments to evaluate your understanding of testing tools and methodologies, ensuring readiness for the role.
