Bugaboo interview questions

Interview with Manager rescheduled three times, each time within 24–48 hours of the planned date. Final “confirmed” interview was canceled ~3 hours before the scheduled time at the office — over the phone — with no new date or follow-up provided. Ghosted entirely afterward until rejection email arrived later. This is not just disorganized — it's a masterclass in corporate indifference. At no point did anyone explain the decision — nor acknowledge the disruption to my time and preparation. If this is how internal coordination is handled for junior roles, it raises fair concerns about how the business operates at scale.

two basic interviews with hr team and hiring manager. they rescheduled the second interview and finally they disappeared and never returned my emails asking for a feedback. the interview process was standard but both the hiring manager and the hr manager were not very enthusiastic. a big red flag is that they advertised for a full time permanent role while it was only a temporary role to cover for a maternity leave.
