I did a phone screen and a take home project. The recruiter on the phone screen seemed nice enough. The take home project was fine, but like the other review mentioned, they're apparently looking for "specific" answers, which is probably code for something else. I say that because the type of answers I was told they are looking for aren't practical or really even possible using the framework they gave for the project. Long story short, I ended up with a distinctly bad impression.
