I applied through indeed in Clarksville, IN. The entire process took 3 days. I interviewed first with an assistant manager and then interviewed with the store manager. Both interviews went well although I do hate the fact that after every question they asked me they wrote EVERYTHING I said down. So there was a lot of silence. It was cool and laid back but also kind of awkward.

Name a time where you received good customer service and what made it so special ?
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
