Burt's Bees interview questions

The interview was mostly about my capabilities and goals. The interviewer was polite and thorough in answering any of my questions about the position and company. I didn't take the job but the experience was nice.

First HR interview by phone, then virtual interview with the hiring manager. HR reached out to schedule a 3rd call, at which time they informed me that I did not get the job. They provided feedback, which I hear is highly uncommon. Very respectful process.
