Interview
20 minute phone interview with simple questions. Some had to do with challenges you have faced in past jobs and how you fixed them. Asked about relevant experience and skills. Also asked about bilingual status due to South American customers. Also this was for a Miami position.
Easy. 30 minutes, typical interview questions recruiter’s ask to see if your trainable and have a desire to grow within the company. Recruiter gets back fairly quickly to let you know if you move onto the next round of interviews in person.

Interview
three screenings of phone interviews. followed by then two assessment tests as well. Then from there I was finally invited into the office and interviewed with four different people. Then if I did get past that point, I would come in for a half day and then interview with the GM. And then from there he would decide the hire or not.
