Interview
Very unprofessional interview experience. I have been interviewed without hiring-manager. Very unfair, to be interviewed by developers of the same level without the hiring manager's presence. Minimal common sense, some co-workers of the same-level feel threatened and turn hostile. 1 interviewer was very very hostile. I was able to answer most of the questions. 2/3 was Okay. Lesson learned- never waste time attending an interview where the hiring manager hasn't spoken first/ explained role, or hiring manager interview is not scheduled at all.
Total of 3 interviews: a short tech screen, a longer tech interview, and a culture interview. Fairly laid back, not too much pressure. Tech interview was a bit long. Didn’t meet hiring manager until last interview, which was a little weird.
