I got hired through at recruiter. The recruiter interview lasted longer than the CACI interview. After the recruite interview, CACI called me on the phone and asked me one question and that was it. Done deal. I was a contractor for six months. after that, CACI brought me on full time.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. The first part of the process was getting the call from the HR rep. Then a face to face interview was scheduled. The interview was conducted by the manager and experienced members of the team. After the interview, the HR rep will call and discuss compensation and a start date.
