CARR Real Estate interview questions

It was with a job recruiter contacted me, then the hiring manager and then I was told if I was fit I would then have a zoom call with 3 other colleagues. Afterwards I would then fly out to be interviewed again.

I came in and sat down with the owner and office manager for a one on one interview. It was a new position working half in the office doing postings and advertisements at one salary, and then doing showings as an agent the rest of the day for commission. They outlined the position for me and asked if I would be interested, almost more like I was interviewing them.
