CATIC interview questions

A very tiny group of 5 developers, that were interviewing their future Boss. The head of the area wasn't sure what he was looking for: "a strong lead", "a Manager" or "Director of Software Development" (IMHO, you have to chose one before you call people in.) All 5 people got to interview the candidate one at a time, most lacked experience interviewing or knew what to ask a potential leader. FYI, if you say you will email or call back to give a status on the position - please follow through. It's just a courtesy that you offered or don't make that offer. Good luck to the future lead of the team.

Questions were as expected, no surprises. The people conducting both interviews on behalf of the Company were professional and personable. The process from applying to first interview, to second interview to final decision took about two months.
