CBIL360 interview questions

First Brief about Yourself. Ask about all technology which you had worked. You must be know and hands on these technologies which position you applied for. Must be confident in giving answer. if you don't know the answer , don't try to wrong attempt.

I went through 4 rounds of interview. First 2 rounds were taken by the co founder in pune office and went well. Although more emphasis was on how creative i am and less on HR. The 3rd round was a skype call with the founder in US. It was a 5 mins call in which the interviwer again laid emphasis on my creativity and why i chose HR as my career. Still they were not able to decide whether to select or reject my candidature so i was intrrviewed 4th time by a senior customer care guy. This process took almost a week.
