When I applied I had followed up and received a phone interview shortly after. Once I had passed the phone interview I had gone in for an interview at the location I would have worked at with management and supervisors.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE in Nov 2008

Interview was more of a rolling discussion set over a few weeks. It was more to find the fit for the position, define responsibilities, and potential pipeline of projects
