Throughout the entire interview I felt nothing but a welcoming positive vibe from everyone. It was very straightforward, making it clear what my role and duties would entail in detail.

My work history, if I worked well in groups or with people in general. They also asked if I was introverted or extroverted and why and also said if I was more introverted would I be willing to step out of my comfort zone and become more social etc.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Reston, VA)
Interview
Host on the Microsoft account. All host positions are backfilled by a temp agency. The interview itself is easy - especially if you have any background in reception whatsoever. Hiring process goes quickly once your background check (very thorough) and drug tests are passed.
