The process lacked coordination and communication. I applied for a graduate project manager role, but just days before my scheduled phone interview, I was informed that the position in the location I applied for was no longer available and was advised to shift my application to another location. While the interview itself went smoothly, I received no updates afterward. The Job ID in my application status on their website still reflected the original location that was already closed, which made me anxious about whether my application had been moved to the new one. Despite reaching out multiple times over two months, I was left with no clarity. Finally, after my last inquiry, I received a rejection email. Waiting two months only to receive a rejection email that could have been sent much earlier was disappointing.

The assessment day was online and consisted of a group exercise and a final 30 min interview. The interview is all competency questions so it is a must to have some practice answers up your sleeve.
