The interview process was horrible and frustrating!!! The interviewer was using "GOOGLE" to find the appropriate questions and answers during the interview. The interviewer was wearing spectacles where in I was able to see what he was googling on his laptop. I was stunned and speechless. After I answered any question, he was constantly verifying the answer on the internet, whether I answered correctly or not and was counter questioning based on the answer he found on the internet. I was completely frustrated by his behavior. He was arrogant and had attitude. Come on!!! Do you really deserve that attitude after "GOOGLING" the interview questions and answers!? The interviewer seems to be very very less experienced with the interview process, a complete amateur! The problem statements were vague and based mostly on unrealistic scenarios. The interviewer was not able to convey what he wants me to answer. Communication skills were extremely poor. He was not able to speak even one sentence correctly. Seems to have very less knowledge about current technologies.
After the interview, though I knew he was incompetent, I was curious what kind of possible solution he has to offer to the problem statements. He dint answer, made up some reasons like having an urgent meeting and left in hurry.
My advise to the company :-
1] Please dont allow some incompetent idiot with attitude to conduct interviews.
2] Please hire someone who can hire other people based on their skill sets, have a little bit experience about conducting interview (not Googling interview question during the interview) and have good communication skills.
