Easy, got hired on the spot. Everyone was kind, did the onboarding and I was working within a week. The rest of this is for the word count. I don’t actually care about reviewing my employer, but I can’t use Glassdoor without writing a review for some place I have previously worked at.

Interview
With my 4 years of college and 20 years of retail experience I've never seen anybody walk up in the first thing the interviewer says in the interview is, " Look...,", with arms folded the whole time, after I patiently and quietly wait my turn.

Relaxed setting, asked questions to get to know me on a personal level. Asked about previous jobs, why i left them and what i expected from this one. Asked about following directions and about handling pressure from customers.
