Over teams, fairly informal to start with and a few scenario/technical questions to assess ability and a good chunk of time dedicated to detailing the company culture and structure. Quite a relaxed process.

Very straight forward process involving meeting two managers. Some technical discussion but more focus on dealing with clients.
Quick turnaround compared to some companies. A little disorganized on first day as not much of a on boarding process.
