CDW Interview Questions

Interview was quick and efficient. Had 3 rounds- first over the phone with recruiter, second with hiring manager and 3rd with manager and several team members. Received a quick follow up and offer. Good overall experience. Professional Management and team.

Difficult yet thorough. The first 3 rounds were easy however, the excel assessment can be difficult if you are not efficient within the allotted time frame. Other than that, relatively simple.

Behavioral is first part Technical is second part You are asked mainly about yourself and why you see yourself here at CDW. For projects be prepared to show some previous projects you have worked on and explain it.

The interview process revolved around computer networks. Candidates were assessed for their proficiency in networking protocols, security, and troubleshooting. Practical tasks, like configuring routers and analyzing network traffic, gauged their technical expertise.

There is a two stage interview. Stage one is the hiring manager getting to know you and your overall experience. It was the opportunity for the hiring manager to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team and to go through your previous roles one at a time

great, fast and simple it was very straight forward and hiring manager was nice, would highly recommend the company to any new grads and full times. speedy interview process and fast response time

Simple and relaxed. Show dedication, persistence and willing to do what it takes to learn and grow your book. Willing to come into office. No prior IT experience needed. Three separate interviews completed.

I have completed 2 round. In second round there where 3 technical peoples to interview from onsite. HR said I have cleared the 2nd round and asked me to wait for manager round. From 1st and 2nd round it took 1 month gap and from 2nd round I followed up weekly for update they said waiting for onsite manager to provide a time for interview schedule and I lost my patience and asked the HR are you actively hiring and on the same day HR said we got the update from manager and we are also looking for some more candidates you can look for other jobs. I'm wondering how come after you said I have cleared and then now your saying on the same day I questioned you and giving an update that my application is on hold. These are not professional and rethink before joining CDR. Keep the backup job don't believe in interview process of CDW.

The interview process for the Data Analyst position commenced with an assessment of Python fundamentals, followed by inquiries regarding data structures and algorithms (DSA). A SQL exercise was assigned to evaluate database querying abilities. Subsequently, there was a segment dedicated to Data Analyst-specific queries. Finally, the session concluded with broader questions encompassing personal background and experiences.

There was a screening with HR. Then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel. As I moved through the process, they were more and more friendly, until they decided to not move forward with me. It went from a text on Friday wishing me a great weekend to a cold form email thanking me for my interest. Whiplash.

First interview was a 30 minute call with a recruiter, then a 4 person panel interview with different managers on the team, got a call with the offer within the next week
