Interview
There was an initial email from HR, then about a 20 minute phone screen. There was a hiring manager face to face, then second interview with second level manger. HR had a follow-up screen for feedback via phone. Each interview lasted a little more than 1 hour. Process was fair, quick, clear, and comfortable. A background investigation and drug screening was required and scheduled quickly and conveniently for me nearby.

Interview
I had a really terrible experience interviewing at CDW. They were quick to contact me. Had me do 4 interviews within 4 week. Never disclosed the salary range !! And then the manager calls me on the spot to do a 2nd interview without pre scheduling it ahead of time. Which was inconsiderate. He also told me CDW , hasn't done layoffs in a long time and 3 months later they layoff 600+ people. Additionally, I had to put together a sales presentation for the interview. For a product I didn't know anything about. Ultimately, I was not selected. Altho the manager told me about the start date timeline and added me on LinkedIn. I immediately removed him after the recruiter emailed me to tell me they didn't hire me. Don't waste my time !!! Also, call the candidates who jumped through hoops for you , to tell them over the phone. Very unprofessional.

Interview
Very upbeat and comfortable. One-on-one discussion and more of a conversation than a interview. It was one of teh most enjoyable intervies Ive ever been on. It also resembles the working atmosphere in teh company.
