Interview
The interview process was completely a joke.
I went through three rounds with the manager, the HR Manager and then the most senior manager to only be ghosted. They finally got back to me after 10 days of waiting to tell me that they selected someone else only to see the job get re-posted on LinkedIn...
I applied online. I interviewed at CEVA Logistics (Austin, TX)
Interview
Initial interview via Teams. First question asked, tell me about yourself, then follow up discussion about leadership style, three words that come to mind when thinking about logistics, etc. It felt more like a discussion than an interview. It ran 30 minutes over. I really enjoyed it.

Tell me about yourself Three words that define logistics
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CEVA Logistics (Elk Grove Village, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied for the position and received a phone call approximately 2 weeks later to schedule a phone interview for a few days after that. After the phone call was completed, I was initially told that it would be a couple of weeks until I heard back on the next steps; 2 days later, the recruiter calls me to ask if I can meet with the hiring manager that afternoon. I agree to and schedule an in-person interview.
I arrive at their location and have to wait past the initial interview time for someone to come get me. I am finally brought back by one of the Warehouse Supervisor and am immediately asked about a Warehouse Supervisor position, which I did not apply for. The supervisor (not his fault) had just been given my resume and knew nothing regarding my qualifications/background. We tour the floor and he gets me to the Domestic Operations Manager (the position I've applied for). The manager is very professional but tells me that he started a week ago and that the position was already filled. They asked if I was interested in a supervisor role, and I declined.
Meanwhile, the warehouse manager, who I was supposed to meet with, never was available during my entire time there, despite scheduling this time and being told it was his only availability. I attempted to reach back out to the recruiter after the interview and the phone just kept ringing (no voicemail set up).
This was one of the most dysfunctional, unorganized interviews I've ever been on. The whole process seemed broken from a communication standpoint on everyone's availability and what position this was being interviewed for. This is an extremely negative experience for a candidate and was rather embarrassing. I hope Ceva takes this review to heart and does a better job managing the recruiting/interviewing process.
