Straight forward interview stages, both Technical and soft skills. The technical screen was an interview with 2 Staff Engineers, they asked scenario questions and dived deeper into my experience based on the questions asked. I got an offer afterwards but had to decline due to the salary which was a little lower than market expectations.

Standard HR questions and the technical part was more of questions from my experience over the years and situational questions.
Moderate level interview and asked basic java and react questions and some coding questions on both tech stack.It was three rounds of interview 2 technical and 1 managerial round.Interview went smoothly and joined the company with in a week.They mostly prefer immediate joiners.
Drive for backend developer interview process is easy for 4 year experience Level-1, and Level-2 and HR discussion will complete in a day itslef. Questions will asked based on resume and our past work experience
