CGS Administrators interview questions

Interview was via telephone with the hiring manager and director. The interview was laid back and they asked basic questions. I was offered the job for way less than current market. I counter offered twice. They refused to come up more than 2k. After my second counter, my recruiter never reached out. 3 days later, I received a call from someone completely new asking if I was accepting their offer of 2k above the original offer. Do not waste your time - unless you don’t mind working for way less than you deserve.

It was a group interview, a few from each area. Hard to follow at 1st over the phone trying to figure out who was speaking but after about 10 mins it was pretty clear who was asking all the questions
