CHG has a very detailed and thorough interview process. They are very personal in their approach. HR called and said they received my application. A few days later I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Pretty standard questions. The next interviews were in person with a potential colleague in a different brand and the hiring manager. The following interview were panel 2x2. Two potential colleagues at at time for one hour each in a conference room. The panel interviewers are filling out forms while they are talking to you. I was a finalist and it was overall a good experience. I received a short, personal e-mail from the hiring manager after I was not chosen.
