Very positive experience. It is important to be prepared and feel confident during a job interview. I took time to consider how to respond questions. I was very honest than I told about myself. I reviewed the most common interview questions and it realy helped me very much.

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
