Initial contact by email followed by phone interview with HR. If you pass this then an in person interview is set up. Interview lasted about 1 hour and was attended by 3 team members. Interview was a positive experience.

Interview
I got an interview invite from the recruiter a few weeks after applying. Had a 30mins interview with her. Got an invite for second stage interview few days after. Had an interview with two Senior Project Managers. There's a third stage after this with a Director, but I didn't make it to this stage, however got an email from the Director and had a brief chat with him as well where he explained that they had to select an internal candidate for the role. It was an overall nice experience but it took quite a while before i got feedback after the second stage interview.

Both were done on the phone. HR was purely behavioural and hiring manager was 20% technical + 80% behavioural
