I got an interview invite from the recruiter a few weeks after applying. Had a 30mins interview with her. Got an invite for second stage interview few days after. Had an interview with two Senior Project Managers. There's a third stage after this with a Director, but I didn't make it to this stage, however got an email from the Director and had a brief chat with him as well where he explained that they had to select an internal candidate for the role. It was an overall nice experience but it took quite a while before i got feedback after the second stage interview.

Apply online: recruiter will reach out if you’re a good fit for the role. 1st round: pre screening - typical tell me about you, budgets, project delivered, business case, etc 2nd round: interview with director and specialist - specific questions related to the role, much harder 3rd round: interview with VP, how you speak matters, mostly care about project delivered and value created.

2 rounds: 1 with HR and 2nd with the hiring manager. Both were done on the phone. HR was purely behavioural and hiring manager was 20% technical + 80% behavioural
