I applied online. The process took overall 2 months. There were 4 interviews and one external assesment. The interviews were with project manager, the tech lead of the team, HR and the team members. As a positive aspect, having interviews with every member of the team allowed me to make an informed choice to join the company. Each one was able to share the technical aspects of their jobs in more detail and the interviews were warm and friendly, allowing me to see the team's dynamics on daily basis. The external assessment was more challenging, including abstract, numerical, personality tests and a role play with a fictional business case.
