Pretty basic process. started with HR, then moved onto hiring manager, prior to completing an Excel model before a final interview.
There were a combination of technical and behavioral questions
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CLV Group (Ottawa, ON) in Apr 2024
Interview
Easy Interview. Nice people at the interview, but no feedback. Asked questions like:

- How to value a building
- Why do you want to work for CLV

Had an interview with the VP of finance. They asked all types of questions from behavioural to knowledge based. Also have to complete an excel test which is super basic (v lookup, pivot table, data extraction)
