Interview
First interview was a very open conversation with HR person. He started by explaining how the company is organised and asked if I had any questions about that. Then we started talking about what I am looking for in a company and what my specific interests were. At the end of the conversation, he told me he could see me in two or three positions at the company and asked which ones I would be interested in most. The first interview was the easiest and most 'relaxing'.
I was invited for a second interview with the head of Business Solutions regarding an open position I did not apply for. The interview was more difficult than the first, but went well. I did not receive any feedback before my third interview the week after the second, after which I was offered the position of Jr. Project Manager.
