Phone interview with corporate recruiter. Recruiter was late and proceeded to rush through the interview. After spending some time explaining why he was late he ran through a typical interview script. Total call time was 13 minutes and just felt rushed. Didn't even get a chance to really speak on my skills and experience. The recruiter actually had a nervous tone throughout which seemed like he was not trying to be there. As someone who has conducted interviews in the past this tone is typically something you see from the candidate, not the recruiter. Other than the above, interview was pretty typical minus the short duration. Most phone screenings go to the allotted time or longer, not typically less than 15 minutes.
