CNH Industrial Interview Questions

I applied online, then after a few weeks received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. Depending on the initial phone interview, there might be a second round interview 2 or so weeks later with the local project manager.

Long interview process at 5 rounds including HR, experienced not the greatest communication from HR on next steps and long gaps in responses. Pleasant interactions with team members but overshadowed by complexity of process.

5 round including HRBM for Team leader position of Harvesting . All rounds were successfully completed even discussing about the salary structure also but after that no feedback wheather rejected/hold etc.

Multiple demanding questions and disrespectful attitude when presenting my salary expectation. No feedback after interview. Several people participating in inteview on their side. Those on lower level seemed afraid to raise their voice and say something.

I completed a screening interview with the recruiter. All seemed well. She gave me info to use with the hiring manager. The follow-up email said they eliminated the position. I don't know if the candidates didn't meet spec or they didn't want to pay enough to get the job done.

She said she'd pass my resume and comments along to the hiring manager. - It says I didn't receive an offer, but I couldn't skip the question. I haven't been properly interviewed.

I first had a phone interview with HR. After passing that, I was brought on-site for a plant tour along with a HR interview and final hiring manager interview. A couple days after the last interview, I received an offer over the phone.
