Started with a phone interview to get to know you. Next was in person in their Racine office with a team lead to see how you mesh and for them to get to know you as well. HR did take forever (almost 2 months) to tell me if I got the job or not, and I had to reach out to them to let them know I had another offer to get them to give me an answer.
