I applied through college or university. I interviewed at COUNTRY Financial (Tualatin, OR) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was basically a personality interview. I was able to ask a lot of questions and connect with the interviewer. Some very basic questions were asked, but nothing too challenging. The point was definitely to vet whether the prospective employee was a person that people could connect with and if they were able to sell themselves. This was only the first of two interviews. I really enjoyed the individual who conducted the interview, and they did a good job of selling the possibility of working at Country.
