I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at COUNTRY Financial (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Informal and very laid back, at the time the hiring Manager was on his way out and knew it. I found out later I was not told everything and had to work extra hard to make a go of it. You have to pay for all your license out of pocket before they will hire you and be prepared to write a $350 check to have your FINRA U4 registered with the company all prior to going to work.
