COVETUS interview questions

I got a call from HR regarding interview process she explained me the process of interview (Round 1 ,Round 2 and then final offer) and then asked a brief about me , experience, expectations an all. Round 1 was scheduled after the interview next day I received a call from HR that you are selected and we have decided that there will not be any further round you are selected on basis of Round 1 only I said fine. Then started for negation part I negotiated to almost by 10% of my initial expectations than they said ok we will discuss with management and let you know. Next day I regain received a call that you have to go through the Round 2 now. I said yesterday you said I am selected now today you are saying you are not you have to go through Round 2. They said yesterday our one director said not have other round today one another director is saying to take one more round. I said them now I am not willing to give round further if you want to select you can select otherwise no issue. The organisation which can't just have a proper process for the candidate selection where there can not be unanimous decision on directors call I highly recommend not to join such organisation.
