CSX Engineering Management Trainee interview questions

Similar as the first round, a little more in depth about leadership and safety experience. Then 2 role-playing case studies. One where you have to deal with a disgruntled employee and one where you are on a committee and need to reach an agreement. You are judged the whole time on how you act and how you handle yourself. The disgruntled employee is hard, the committee is easy if everyone you interview with is good and works well together.
