Great process especially during Covid 19 times. The hiring managers didn’t seem too intimidating at the start and really made things comfortable 30 seconds into the interview by telephone both times.

Q: Define safety and a time a coworker didn’t adhere to safety protocols.
It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
