Interview
Sat in an office and the hiring manager and Pharmacist both sat down and asked me the typically interview questions. They seemed happy to just have someone show up. The jobs don't pay well and they are stressful so there is a high turnaround.
It was an easy process, there were several questions about my experience. I was given a tour of the store and met the manager and the pharmacist. Went over benefits and hours expected to work.
Normal interview, behavioral questions. Very nice and calm, was asked about background experience. I would prepare ahead of time, went by very quick but was asked lots of questions. Also ask your own questions to show interest and preparation.
