Phone screen followed by an interview with 4 people: hiring manager, two peers and HR Rep. It was the easiest interview I've ever had. Had a brief phone screen and then 1 day where I went in for 2 hours (4 1/2 hour interviews). I felt that the interviewers were a bit unprepared and thrown into the process on a whim.
