I applied for several remote jobs and was selected to interview for 2 of them. However, the first interview is a HireVue interview. If you are not familiar, it is a recorded video interview that "grades" your words, expressions, eye contact, etc., and provides a score to the company. I know I am not great at recorded video interviews, but HireVue is the worst. Despite being qualified, I didn't move to the next round of interviews for either of those positions but thought oh well! Then comes a recruiter who reaches out to tell me I hadn't been selected for another of the applications, but I would be a great fit for a 3rd position which I had not even applied for. I reluctantly agreed to another HireVue interview, and guess what, never heard from the recruiter again, not even to say thanks, but no thanks! I will never apply for another position with CVS again and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

The HireVue interview was 3 or 4 recorded questions, mostly specific to the position with a final text question requesting desired salary expectations.
Multi round interview meeting with manager, team members, and management team. Remote opportunity and all interviews were hosted on zoom. Completed three rounds of interviews but did not receive an offer as I believe they heard some background noise
Application screening – HR reviews your CV.
Initial interview – short phone/online call to check motivation and availability.
Main interview – with HR or manager, asking about skills, study background, and fit for the role.
Offer & onboarding – if successful, you receive the offer and join the orientation.
