Easy They use the STARZ method in the interview questions. The job was definitely different than what they explained, and I am currently looking for another job. It is a zoom interview so make sure you’re not looking distracted or Don’t have any distractions around you
The interview was done via zoom, the interviewer used an avatar which made it more comfortable for me, I also had that option. She asked the basic scenario questions and further into the job description.

Assessment, first interview, second, offer. Second interview was over an hour. It was a very enjoyable experience for me. I enjoyed the dialogue and the entire process. CVS seems to care about its name. That impressed me as so many care about nothing but the bottom line.

The interview process was very informative. It provided me with much needed information such as the duties of the Health Concierge. We also discussed pay, benefits, attendance policy, and the company video viewed prior to coming to the interview.
