TAC team was very supportive during the onboarding process.
Hiring team kept in constant touch and kept me posted about any delays and reason around it.

There was no phone screen with the recruiter to discuss job role, expectations or salary up front. This lack of transparency could save both parties wasted time and rounds of interviewing.
