The Interview was in the form of a timed questionnaire. I was bumped off without completing the exercise. I do not think that there was a time issue. They should not show the back arrows.

Indications were that one could review your aswers - however this was not the case.
No in-person interview was conducted, but applicants had to complete an on-boarding editing exam which takes approximately 90 minutes. The exam consisted of excerpts from a manuscript with various tasks and questions, such as: Identify the illogical sentence(s); select the sentence which would be the best rewrite of the original sentence, etc.

Interview
You have to fill out a standard application and complete a test about grammar, english, and subject specific issues. Then, if they liked what you did, they'll send you a sample to edit. If you do well with that, they give you a job.
